Sheriff's Office dispels Internet rumors that Paige Birgfeld's body has been found
The Mesa County Sheriff’s Office says Internet rumors claiming the body of missing Grand Junction mother Paige Birgfeld has been found are false.

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO) - The Mesa County Sheriff’s Office says Internet rumors claiming the body of missing Grand Junction mother Paige Birgfeld has been found are false.
Birgfeld disappeared in the summer of 2007.
Recent Internet posts claim her body has been found, but the Mesa County Sheriff’s Office says the allegations are “false” and “not true.”
The case is an active and on-going investigation.
Lester Ralph Jones remains the primary suspect.
