One medical clinic in Grand Junction is showing off their new energy source at an open house today.
The Agape Family Practice is not only working to save lives but the environment as well. The business has installed Solar Generating Panels and Solar Lighting Skylights. This will even take solar heat and turn it into energy for the winter. Th owner of the business said this decision was not just to help save the environment but also to save him money.
Today's open house showed the city just how affordable obtaining solar power can be. Xcel Energy rebates and federal tax credits will even cover some of the costs of installation.
