Xcel: Saving More Than Just Energy

Xcel Energy announces its Colorado customers can purchase energy-efficient bulbs for as low as one dollar.

Home Depot and Costco stores across Colorado are participating.

The Home Depot in Grand Junction is one of the participating stores, but they've run into a problem. Xcel hasn't stocked their shelves with bulbs yet, so the store is lowering the price of their bulbs to compensate for customers with the Xcel flyer.

Xcel Energy says there was a mis-communication between them and the store and that shelves will be stocked tomorrow.
