Students, faculty and staff on the campus in Dover have been told to stay inside until further notice. And those off campus have been told to stay away.

Police say a suspect or suspects opened fire on a male and female student just after 1a.m. near the university's Memorial Hall. The male victim is hospitalized in stable condition. The other victim, a female, is in serious condition.
