EAGLE COUNTY, Colo. A woman died in a rollover crash in Eagle County Wednesday morning after being ejected from her vehicle.

Colorado State Patrol responded to the crash approximately four miles east of Eagle on I-70 around 12:30 a.m. on Wednesday.

According to the State Patrol, the victim of the crash is Samantha J. Roberts of Vail. Roberts allegedly rolled the car three times after losing control and was ejected from the vehicle. She succumbed to the injuries she sustained at the time of the crash at the scene.

Roberts was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash, and alcohol is suspected as a contributing factor in the cause of the crash.
