WINDSOR, Colo. (AP) -- An unlicensed day care in Windsor is being investigated after a baby died while being cared for there.
Leyton Haggard spent the last three weeks of his life at Children's Hospital. He died Thursday morning.
According to KCNC-TV, police in Windsor say someone called 911 on March 21 to report the baby boy was unresponsive.
The 7-month-old infant was airlifted to Children's Hospital, where doctors determined that his injuries were consistent with shaken baby syndrome.
