Biblical ticket sales for Book of Mormon in Denver

DENVER, Colo. (KKCO) - The hit play The Book of Mormon officially sold out today for its Denver debut. The first stop for the traveling show sold out in about four and a half hours. Fans started lining up at the Denver center for the performing arts the ticket booth the night before. Officials say the ticket demand caused a major slow down on its website. The Book of Mormon was written by two Coloradans who are also the creators of cartoon satire show South Park. On eBay, bidding on one pair of Book of Mormon tickets is already drawing thousand dollar bids.
