GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO) – Colorado Mesa University will be hosting its’ seventh annual College Goal Sunday on Feb. 10 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The event will take place in rooms 202-204 of the Houston Hall academic building. The hope is to provide Colorado families with assistance during the financial aid process.
College Goal Sunday will give families free professional guidance on ways to pay for college through Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
Families are encouraged to bring their 2012 federal tax records and in addition to financial aid assistance, $20,000 in scholarships will be given away through the program.
