GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. - Jobs and economic development, that's what the Governor will be discussing in Grand Junction Friday afternoon.
Governor John Hikcenlooper and members of the Office of Economic Development and International Trade are stopping in Grand Junction as part of the annual Colorado Blueprint Tour.
Hickenlooper is visiting Leitner-Poma at 3 p.m. The company is a leading manufacturer of cable transport systems based in Grand Junction. It creates chairlifts, gondolas, industrial trams and more.
Then the Governor is headed to the CMU campus for a 45 minute speech at the Colorado Blueprint Meeting, which will be attended by local businesses and community leaders. That event begins at 5 p.m.
