GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO) – Help make a difference this month for the March of Dimes 75th Anniversary. District 51 is encouraging students, staff, visitors, volunteers and parents to participate in a fundraiser by donating three quarters each week to the March of Dimes.

The campaign will run till Apr. 19 and each school in District 51 will have a collection bucket for the donations.

All proceeds will help fund lifesaving research, bring information and comfort to parents with a baby in the NICU and help more women and children get access to health care.

District 51 schools will be competing against each other for a chance to win a private pool party at Lincoln Park.

For more information on the campaign contact Terri Jones at 243-0894 or 812-1736.
