DELTA, Colo. (KKCO) -- A Delta man is in custody and faces charges of sexual assault on a child by one in position of trust, a class three felony.
According to an arrest affidavit, Martin Aguilar, 55, repeatedly abused a young child he babysat. The child came forward, saying Aguilar had touched the child's private parts approximately 20 times of a period of weeks.
His bail is set at $60,000.
Jamie Head, public information officer with Delta Police Department, said the case is open and active, and the agency is investigating all allegations against Aguilar.
