UPDATE: More schools in protective mode
R-5 High School is on lockdown. East Middle, Bookcliff Middle, Nisley Elementary and Chipeta Elementary are in Shelter in Place in response to reports that there's a man with a knife in the area.

(Grand Junction, CO) __ R-5 High School is on lock down right now. Police are investigating reports of a person with a knife in the area.
East Middle, Bookcliff Middle, Nisley Elementary and Chipeta Elementary are in Shelter in Place.
