Employees say Montrose has one of the worst bosses in America

MONTROSE, Colo. (KKCO) - Embattled Montrose area District Attorney Myrl Serra is making headlines again.
eBoss Watch recently published its 2010 list of America’s Worst Bosses, and Serra is number 54.
Serra is facing charges for allegedly trying to make an employee perform sexual favors.
eBoss Watch lets people anonymously rate their bosses.
Also on the list, Steven Seagal and Casey Affleck for alleged sexual harassment. Topping the list is Eddie Burns, a fire chief in Dallas, Texas. According to eBoss Watch, he’s cost the city $1.4 million to settle lawsuits filed by female employees.
