Palisade, Colo. – The Grand Valley’s first pop-up restaurant called En Fuego, set up out of a Duncan’s Gourmet Food Truck last night from 5 to 8 p.m.
Right outside of Peach Street Distillery, Decadence Gourmet Cheesecakes teamed up with Duncan’s Gourmet Food Truck to bring the Palisade community some spicy treats. Menu items included a blend of ghost peppers, Trinidad scorpions and other peppers to give customers a new flavor.
Lee Mathis, the owner of Decadence, says he’s never seen pop-ups in Grand Junction and promises to hold more of them in the future.
