Ex-preschool teacher pleads guilty to porn charge

DENVER (AP) -- A former preschool teacher in Denver has pleaded guilty to a federal charge of distributing child pornography.

Former Paddington Station teacher David Moe, of Denver, entered his plea Thursday.

A plea agreement says a suspected pornography file that was being offered online in 2012 was tracked to Moe's home. Investigators say they found at least 800,000 images or child pornography or erotica and more than 13,000 videos on Moe's computer and computer media.

Prosecutors say there's no evidence that Moe produced any of the child pornography.

He faces up to 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine at a sentencing hearing set for Sept. 10.
