Mack, CO (KKCO) - Just after 8:00 pm on Monday night, Lower Valley Fire crews responded to a fire at the Country Living Park, a trailer home park in Mack off highway 6 & 50.

A mother and two sons were inside the residence at the time and say they discovered the flames after they heard a sound coming from another room.

They called 911 and evacuated immediately afterward.

"I turned around and there were flames coming out of the bedroom, so all I did is I told my kids, get out, get through the back door," says Barbara Tolley, Mother and house occupant.

The fire caused enough damage to the home that the family won't be able to stay at the home for the time being.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation and none of the occupants were taken to the hospital.
