Four killed in Weld County car crash

WELD COUNTY, Colo (AP)-- Four people were killed and another was critically injured when a flatbed truck crashed into a car in Weld County Saturday.

According to the Colorado State Patrol, a man driving the truck was southbound on County Road 49 when he crashed into a car that was headed east on County Road 54 on Saturday morning.

The truck driver was taken by helicopter to a hospital, but details of his injuries were not released.

Two adults and one child that were in the car were pronounced dead at the scene. Another child in the car was pronounced dead at a hospital in aurora
