GJPD looking for armed suspect

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO) The Grand Junction Police Department needs your help to identify the male subject in the surveillance photo on the link below.

Just before midnight on Tuesday, Sept. 17, the male suspect entered the Diamond Shamrock located at 2903 North Avenue and demanded an undisclosed amount of money. The suspect was armed with a knife and was described as a white male in his mid-30’s with a mole above the right side of his lip. 5’10” tall and around 190 pounds. The suspect was last seen wearing a dark long-sleeve shirt, blue jean shorts and a black hat. He exited the store and was last seen heading south on foot.
