The Garfield County Sheriff's Office is warning residents to be vigilant when out and about, this coming after several indecent exposure calls. The sheriff's office says it has received reports of a naked man running or hiding along three different trails in Carbondale. Those include the Red Hill, Lorax and Rio Grande trails.

The sheriff's office says the suspect description is similar for three different reports, but there was also another man seen touching himself inappropriately on one of the trails.

While the Garfield County Sheriff's Office continues to investigate these calls, you can know more on how to protect yourself while being out. The sheriff's office says you should carry a cell phone in case of emergency, never walk alone, and be confident loud and fight back should you come into a dangerous situation.
