GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. Michael Blagg's hearing has come to a close and it'll be a few more weeks before he'll know if he's going to retrial.
Two witnesses, a Mesa County Sheriff's Office investigator and Marilyn Charlesworth's ex-husband, spoke at the final hearing this morning.
Judge David Bottger is having the attorneys on both sides of the case submit their closing arguments in writing by June 6.
Bottger will make a decision after that point about Blagg's retrial.
Blagg was convicted of murder back in 2004, but the defense is looking for a retrial saying Marilyn Charlesworth, one of the jurors, didn't tell the truth about domestic violence incidents in her life.
