DENVER (AP) -- The Adams County Sheriff's Office is investigating after a group of Aurora utility workers found human remains near the Front Range Airport.
Sheriff's Sgt. Paul Gregory tells The Denver Post the Aurora Water crew found the bones Thursday while working on a drainage system. The remains will be sent to a lab, where tests should determine how old they are. Investigators hope to find out who they belong to by comparing DNA samples to databank records.
