DEBEQUE, Colo. CDOT crews re-opened the road at approximately 8:20 p.m. Monday evening.
The highway was closed thursday after a massive rockslide left 300-ton boulders in the middle of the road.
Crews spent the last few days blasting away the boulders. There has been some damage to the highway, and a permanent fix will come this summer.
In the meantime, access to the northside of Grand Mesa, Powderhorn and Collbran is once again open without the need for a detour.
