GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO) – This week Crime Stoppers needs your help locating a suspect that robbed two local businesses.
On Thursday, Oct. 25, the Twice Upon a Time Book Store located at 2885 North Ave. was robbed around 11:30 a.m.
On Saturday, Nov. 3, the Consign Design Store located at 234 Main St. was robbed around 2:35 p.m.
Law enforcement officials say they have reason to believe that both of these robberies were committed by the same person. The suspect is described as a white male, mid 40s to mid 50s , 6’ to 6’3’’ tall, and weighing between 180 to 220 pounds. He has short brown hair, a round face, and is clean-shaven. Witnesses say he was wearing a green-hooded Carhartt’s sweatshirt at the time of the Oct. 25th robbery.
The suspect is possibly associated with a red pick-up truck.
