Palisade, Colo. (KKCO) --- A Jehovah's Witness church in Palisade is getting an update this week.
Approximately 200 volunteers from Northern Colorado and Wyoming have been working for three days to bring the building and it's surrounding grounds up-to-date.
Most of the visiting volunteers stay in the homes of members of the local congregation during the project.
"It gives everybody a boost to see everything new," says one of the coordinators, Leanord Vigil. "The carpets and the paint and things like that, it just gives it like a little change, a little battery booster."
