Now that Colorado has taken its final steps toward legalization, many are still wondering: what does it mean, and what happens now?

Under the law, adults in Colorado over 21 may have up to an ounce of marijuana, but it is still illegal consume it in public.

Getting marijuana is still a tricky aspect of amendment 64. According to KUSA, buying and selling marijuana is still illegal until business licenses are distributed, which likely won't be until next year or early 2014.

Licensed medical marijuana dispensaries are also not allowed to sell to the general public.

But you can grow up to six marijuana plants, only three of which can be flowering.

Driving under the influence of pot was and still is illegal under current law.
