Coming off quite a successful year of fundraising for the Grand Junction Lions Club, the group is giving back to several community organizations.

The Lions recently gave $100,000 to 15 local nonprofits this year.

Today, they're dividing another $23,000 among the Western Slope Center for Children, the Western Colorado Conservation Corps, Partners, the Grand Valley Audubon, the Marillac Clinic and two local elementary schools: Pomona and Chipeta.
