GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO) A lopsided light pole may have caught the attention of anyone driving on North Avenue near the Teller Arms Shopping Center this afternoon.

At approximately 1:05 p.m. the Grand Junction Fire and Police Department responded to the Teller Arms Shopping Center after a light pole was reportedly falling over.

Upon investigation officials discovered two of the four bolts securing the pole were disconnected.

Police secured the parking lot for safety and the removal of the pole took the fire department and a private crane.

Officials were able to unbolt the pole and lay it down on the ground, making it safe until the property owner is able to repair it.
