IDAHO (NBC News) - A massive wildfire burning in Idaho since August 7 has scorched nearly 160 square-miles.
More than 2,000 homes have already been evacuated and more evacuation orders are expected.
Nearly 1,200 firefighters are digging in where they can along the fire lines, while from the air teams are dousing some of the close to 5,000 homes and businesses in the potential path of the blaze.
Fueled by dried-out brush and pushed by wind gusts of up to 30 miles an hour, the flames have been hard to contain.
