GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO) – Mesa County’s administrative offices will be closed on Tuesday, Dec. 25. This one-day closure includes, The Health Department and Human Services, Clerk and Recorder, All offices at the Old Courthouse, The Regional Transportation Planning Office, and all Clerk and Recorder offices. Mesa County Animal Services’ shelter will also be closed on Dec. 25, but officers will be on-call for emergencies.
This closure does not include the Coroner’s Office, Criminal Justice Services, or emergency functions of the Sheriff’s Office. Although, non-emergency functions at the Sheriff’s Office will be closed on Dec. 24 and 25.
