Grand Junction, Colo. -- The March of Dimes Western Slope Division has announced that Kevin Barclay and April Schulte will be their co-chairs of March for Babies 2014.
They are the parents of twins that were born six weeks early.
March for Babies is the largest annual fundraiser event for the March of Dimes and has helped babies through research, education, vaccines and medical breakthroughs.
Schulte is a leader in the Grand Junction medical community and is also a leader in collaborative and integrative medicine in her field. Barclay is the sales manager at Western Slope Toyota and has been there for 17 years.
They will both play an integral role in raising awareness and funds to advance scientific research and educational programs in efforts to prevent preterm birth.
