One person dead after home invasion in Colorado Springs

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (AP) Police say one person was found dead and another injured after a possible burglary-home invasion in Colorado Springs.

The Gazette reports officers were called to a home in the northeastern part of the city at about 10 p.m. Saturday and found the body on the back porch. The other person, who made the initial call to police, was injured inside the home. The type of injury and his condition have not been released.

The Denver Post reports police are investigating a possible burglary at the home.

Police have not released the names or ages of those involved.
