PALISADE, Colo. With just five days until kickoff, it's becoming more and more clear that the Denver Broncos heading to the Super Bowl means much more than just a football game.
With Broncos fever sweeping across the state and mountain region of the country, at the Palisade town hall meeting Tuesday night, they read a proclamation naming this coming Friday "Broncos Friday."
You can expect to see the town flooded with orange and blue in an attempt to raise their spirit for game day.
"It's just a fun thing to do, it unites everybody and hopefully it gives the team a nice feeling," said Palisade Mayor Roger Granat.
