GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO)_Police are still investigating a crash that sent two people to the hospital Monday night.

Police say they were re-interviewing witnesses Tuesday to see what more information they can find out.

The crash happened at the intersection of 30 and D Roads. A Ford Taurus and Pontiac Vibe collided causing the Vibe to hit a power pole.

Both people in the Vibe were taken to the hospital and remained there as of Tuesday morning. Police say the passenger of the Vibe suffered serious, possibly life threatening injuries.

The driver of the Taurus is doing fine. There wasn't a passenger in his car. From what I understand, the two that were in the Pontiac Vibe are still in the hospital. Other then that I have no information.
