CRAIG, Colo. Colorado Parks and Wildlife is offering two young hunters a chance to win a mentored spring turkey hunt on private land west of Craig, on May 3 and 4.

The hunt is offered through the agency’s Hunter Outreach Program and made possible with the help and support of local landowners working in partnership with the state’s wildlife managers. One of the goals of the program is to instill an interest and respect for wildlife.

Applicants who are 18 and under that own a valid hunter safety card must send a letter of interest by Apr. 15.
