Spin City welcomes WSCC fundraiser

The Western Slope Center for Children held a fundraiser at Spin City to raise money for child sexual abuse victims.

Spin City works with local organization to help child victims of sexual abuse.

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. Tonight Spin City partnered with a local organization and used all of their amenities for a good cause.

The Western Slope Center for Children hosted a Rock and Roll night at Spin City. On top of the usual activities there was face painting, a prize drawing and a variety of other games. A portion of the proceeds made will benefit the Western Slope Center for Children.

"The community has just supported us from the bottom up and we love supporting the community and giving back," Spin City Manager Paige Burckert said.

The Western Slope Center for Children is a child advocacy center that works with kids who are victims of sexual abuse.
