GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. The 2014 Grand Valley Health Fair is right around the corner, and officials are urging us all to spring into good health.
The health fair offers 17 free health screenings, hands on activities for all including children, plus tips and information on health resources, nutrition, fitness, activity resources, children's health and safety and ways to de-stress, have fun and more.
Anyone that participated in the low cost blood screenings in the weeks before the fair may pick up their results at the fair and visit with a health professional.
Grand Valley Transit has joined in efforts to help everyone get to the fair by offering free rides to the convention center. Simply tell your driver you're going to the health fair and they'll take you to the convention center, free of charge.
