Stars come to GJ to support Obama campaign
GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO) – Mesa County Democrats will be star-struck this weekend.
The Grand Junction Obama For America office will play host to a number of TV and movie stars as they drum up excitement for the president’s re-election campaign.
On Friday, Oct. 26, Amy Brenneman –- star of “Judging Amy” and “Private Practice” – will be at the OFA office at 5:45 p.m.
Then on Saturday, Oct. 27, Jon Hamm (“Mad Men”), Zachary Quinto (“Star Trek,” American Horror Story”), Laurence Fishburne (“The Matrix”) and Jennifer Westfeldt (“Kissing Jessica Stein”) will make a stop on their “Young Professionals” Tour of Colorado at 7 p.m.
The Grand Junction OFA headquarters is at 2454 Highway 6 & 50.

I will bet we have more interested people in this valley when Cabalas or TJ Max opened than when these airheads come to town. Oh wait silly me, these are Obama supporters, I am correct.
