Summons issued in massage parlor investigation

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. A summons has been issued for a person in connection with the investigation of four massage parlors for prostitution and human trafficking.

Yunfang Xu, 46, of Clifton, has been issued a summons for prostitution.

An arrest has already been made in the investigation. Feng Mei Dai, 49, of Clifton, was arrested as the businesses owner of Balanced Healing Massage and Day Spa. She has been charged with pimping, money laundering and keeping a place of prostitution.

The FBI, GJPD and MSCO executed search and seizure warrants Tuesday for allegations of prostitution and human trafficking.

In addition to Balanced Healing Massage and Day Spa, New Hong Kong Spa, Oriental Spa and Tokyo Spa are also being investigated.
