(KKCO)_The organizers of the Quizno's Pro Challenge have been touting it as America's Race and now Americans from coast to coast will be able to catch all the action as it unfolds this summer.
The Denver Post is reporting that Versus has signed on to televise the race nationally though no official announcement has been made.
The network has become well known for its coverage of the Tour De France and the Tour of California.
The Inaugural Quizno's Pro Challenge will run from Aug. 22-28.
A local group is working on a bid to make Grand Junction a stage of the 2012 race. It wants the race to pass over the Colorado National Monument.
