Teens arrested for stealing from cars

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO) - Three teenagers are arrested for breaking into cars and stealing items from them. Grand Junction Police arrested the teenaged boys after getting called to Christopher Way.
Christopher Engstrom, 18, and two other young men, 16 and 17, were charged with theft and first degree criminal trespass.

Officers found numerous vehicles throughout the city and county that were broken into. However they were unable to contact the victims.

Officers are asking anyone who believes their car may have been unlawfully entered near Unaweep Avenue From 27 Road to 28 Road, contact the Grand Junction Police Station.
