Texas woman killed in Colorado sledding accident

GLENWOOD SPRINGS, Colo. (AP) Authorities have released the name of a 44-year-old Texas woman who was killed in a sledding accident in western Colorado.

Gunnison County Sheriff Rick Besecker tells the Glenwood Springs Post Independent that Tracy Good of Dallas was sledding with her husband, their three children and a friend of one of their kids in Marble when she hit a tree Thursday.

Good was wearing a helmet and goggles at the time of the crash, but she suffered a head injury.

Marble is about 35 miles south of Glenwood Springs.
