BOULDER, Colo. (AP) -- The son of U.S. Sen. Mark Udall is returning to court on charges of drug possession and trespass.
Twenty-six-year-old Jedediah Lee Fox-Udall is scheduled to appear at a hearing in Boulder on Thursday.
Boulder County sheriff's deputies arrested Fox-Udall on Jan. 30 after a report that a man was breaking into cars in Eldorado Springs, a small community west of Boulder, where Sen. Udall lives.
Fox-Udall told deputies he was looking for cables to jump-start a car with a dead battery.
He is free on $1,500 bond.
