GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. Marc Magill has been with the VA nationally for 30 years and is excited to call the Grand Valley his new home.
Our VA Medical Center has one of the lowest hospital-acquired infection rates and re-admission rates in the country and Magill said he's proud to be part of this organization.
While taking on serious tasks in his new job he's also taking time to meet his new neighbors, "I love the community definitely have enjoyed some of the outdoor activities so far," Magill.
Magill said he believes in the VA's core values including integrity, compassion, advocacy, respect and excellence. His plan is to increase the quality of care and optimize performance. Magill will work closely with the staff and community leaders to make sure he runs a successful medical center.
