Before heading down to Pueblo for another rally on Saturday, Vice President Joe Biden made a stop at one of Colorado’s famed pizza joints Saturday afternoon.
Around 1 p.m., Biden visited Beau Jo's Pizza in Arvada. The V.P. had met with a crowd at Arvada West High School prior to the stop. Biden hugged soccer kids and took pictures with families.
The manager says he was only informed of Biden’s visit five minutes before the group arrived. The restaurant was packed full of about 120 people.
Biden's son, Hunter, paid in cash for a pizza and the motorcade left around 1:30 p.m.
