GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO) – If you have a hard time wading through the wide world of veterans benefits, you’re not alone. And this week, you can get some extra help.
A benefits expert from the Denver Regional Veterans Office will be at the Colorado Mesa University’s registrar’s office on Oct. 12 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The expert can help with a number of topics, including filing a claim related to military service, adding new dependants to your benefits, and getting information about veterans education programs, vocational rehabilitation programs and the veterans guaranteed home loan program.
