GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO) -- The search for a man wanted by the Mesa County Sheriff's Office has come to a close.
Abel Nunez--who was on the run since Saturday night-- was found at 480 32 1/8 Road, #3, in Clifton. Deputies discovered him hiding in the bathroom, according to MCSO spokesperson Heather Benjamin.
He was arrested without incident and taken to the Mesa County Detention Facility, where he is being held without bond.
Nunez was arrested for unlawful possession of more than two grams of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving when under restraint for alcohol/drug offense, and contempt of court.
