GREELEY, Colo. (AP) -- A 32-year-old LaSalle man has been arrested after police say he was shot while exchanging gunfire with the Weld County SWAT team.
LaSalle Police Chief Carl Harvey says Jeffrey Plahn was taken to North Colorado Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries on Wednesday.
Harvey said police were responding to a call about a man who had barricaded himself inside a home when a standoff began that ended in gunshots.
The Greeley Tribune reports (http://tinyurl.com/n5wvvqg) the bomb squad was also called in to enter the home.
