GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO)-- The Palisade boys and girls had completely opposite fourth quarters to split against Hotchkiss.
The boys outscored Hotchkiss 22-4 in the fourth to come away a 53-35 win. Palisade took a narrow lead into the half, and were tied with the Bulldogs entering the fourth.
The girls, had a commanding lead slip away in the fourth quarter to lose 33-31. Palisade led 25-15 heading into the fourth, but Hotchkiss implemented a full-court press that gave Palisade fits.
