Yangon, Myanmar (AP) Myanmar's military rulers fear an American invasion intended to seize the country's oil. A state-run newspaper reports that's the reason Myanmar has turned down a U.S proposal to have naval ships and helicopters deliver aid to cyclone
victims.

The country is allowing aid flown in on American military planes.
