GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO)-- A special someone celebrated her 100th Birthday today at Grand Villa Assisted Living Center.

Phyllis Colter rang in her century on earth with family and friends. Grand Villa residents and staff shared stories and pictures of her life with everyone. Even though Phyllis turned 100 today, she is in good spirits and says she feels younger than ever.

"It’s supposed to be my 100th birthday, but it isn't. I’m not 100; I won’t admit to it either," said Coulter.

Phyllis says she appreciates everyone who took the time out of their day to be there to celebrate this special day with her.
